Return and Exchange Policy

**General Returns:** At VRP Fashions, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Currently, we do not accept general returns on orders unless the received product is damaged. We prioritize the quality of our items and aim to guarantee customer satisfaction with every purchase.
**Damaged Returns:** In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we are here to assist you. To initiate a return for a damaged item, we require a video of the product's unboxing. This video helps us assess the damage accurately and facilitates a prompt resolution, whether it involves a replacement or a refund.
Refunds - will be Processed within 24 hrs from the day you provide us a proper proof video.
**Please follow these steps for damaged returns:**
1. Contact our customer support team at vrpfashionsss@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the damaged item.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the damage, and attach the unboxing video of the product.
3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Despite rigorous quality checks, instances of receiving damaged products may occur due to manual handling or mishandling by couriers. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 2 days of delivery. To facilitate replacements or refunds, kindly send us unboxing videos and images showing the defects, along with pictures of the original packaging.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 4 days after delivery. After this period, any associated charges will be the responsibility of the customer. The processing time for reverse shipments is typically 2-3 weeks, including the time taken for the pickup and processing of returns. The reverse shipping fee is equivalent to the forward shipping amount, which will be credited back to your account upon processing.
**What does NOT qualify for returns:**
- If an unboxing video of the order is unavailable and we cannot verify the cause, VRP Fashions will not be liable for refunds or replacements.
- If the package was damaged during opening with a sharp object, such as scissors, without providing an unboxing video or images of the courier cover, a refund or replacement will not be possible.
- If any damage to the package is noticed while receiving it from the courier, please mention the damage in the remarks while signing to assist us in claiming a refund from the courier service.
